As I was strolling through the web, I ventured onto a resource I had not expected to find. This non-partisan site provides information on voting, the right to vote, and the process. The information mirrors, in many ways, the information on the Michigan SOS site but takes it a step further affording resources to advocate for voting rights.
https://866ourvote.org/state/michigan/ is the page for Michigan information, I encourage you to look there if you seek nonpartisan assistance!
